Sukuma wiki: kale stewed with spices

Sukama wiki is pronounced Soo-koo-mah wee-kee. It means "to push the week" because it can be prepared quickly.

Ugah: white cornmeal served with sukuma wiki.
Ugah is used like a spoon to eat the sukuma wiki. To do it, make a ball of ugah, then form a small depression in it with your thumb. Use this to scoop up some sukuma wiki.
